The project is based on a clear architectural composition that balances solid volumes with expansive glazed surfaces, while a central arrangement creates a cohesive appearance and defines the villa’s main point of entry.
Large windows and refined metal details were incorporated to bring in natural light and strengthen the connection between the interior spaces and the outdoors, complemented by a simple front landscape that reinforces the contemporary character.
